1 hour

Can I drop my kid off early or pick him up late?

Yes.  We have an air conditioned lobby upstairs from the gym.  Your son our daughter can wait to be picked there.  I suggest you pack a snack and a drink.  All kids are dismissed by 12:30pm.

The gym is open at 6am each morning.  If you must drop off 15 minutes early he / she will have a place to wait.
How many times a week can my son or daughter come train?

We offer unlimited training for the duration of the program you purchased.  Counting sessions is laborious and consistency is key to all athletic improvement.
My son or daughter has multiple summer camps what program is best?

the Half Summer Program.  This affords you the flexibility to train for half the summer.  If you truly have a wacky schedule please contact us at mvolkmar@peddie.org and we can work something out

We use progressive overload to prepare kids for the fall preseason –

How do I make payments?

Does my son or daughter come on a consistent schedule?

Yes.  He or she can come Monday, Wednesday, Friday.  Tuesday, Thursday.  Monday – Friday.  That is based on their ability and desire to train.  Also, he or she will come at the same time every day.

Training Schedule:

8:30am Youth Athletes (8-12 years old)
9:30am Varsity #1 (All Returning Varsity Athletes)
10:30am Varsity #2 (All 1st year Athletes)
11:30am Varsity #3 (All other athletes)

What are the hours?

June 12th – August 18th, 2016

Facility Hours:
Monday – Thursday

6:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

5:00 – 8:00 p.m.


6:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.


6:00 – 11:00 a.m.

The above hours are open for general memberships.  No youth athletes can purchase a membership.  All private group training happens 8:30am – 12:30pm.
