Volkmar Performance 2 (1)

About me.  I am no “Internet Coach”.  I am a Strength Coach.  I look the part.  I act the part.  I am educated.  I cannot post videos here because it is a free blog (i could be wrong, but this how new i am at this stuff), so check me out my facebook page.  I have my MS (Masters of Exercise Science) from the George Washington University.  Multiple national level certifications.  NASM – CPT, PES, SFSNSCA – CSCS.

Now the official resume:

Im in my 8th year at Peddie with 19 years of experience at the High School, College, and Professional levels as a coach and player.

I graduated in 2001 from Le Moyne College, I played four years of Division I baseball.  In August 2005, I earned a M.S. in Exercise Science from the George Washington University.

I have worked with multiple Division I and Professional Athletes.  I could really “pad my stats” with all the Division I athletes we graduate at Peddie, so I will not bore you with a long list.  If you really care call the Admissions office and ask them.  I’m sure they would love to hear from you.

.  To offer my 14 years of experience, first class education, and passion for further development of the field of Strength and Conditioning.  I would like to focus my efforts on improving the S&C programs at the High School level utilizing the NSCA guidelines.  My ability to adapt a program to a facility and current circumstances of that team/organization was built through my odyssey of doing just that at the Professional, College, and now High School levels.
