The next 14 days, Phase II of my AdovCare challenge

After the 10 day cleanse, now we get 2 weeks to change our body composition. The program calls for the addition of their METABOLIC NUTRITION SYSTEM (MNS). Each strip pack includes probiotics, appetite control, energy, core nutrition, omega 3’s, and more. We also keep the Spark energy drink and meal replacement shakes.

As always the program makes “Strong suggestions” on how to be successful. PS – these suggestions are how you are supposed to exercise and eat. If these are revalations to you, then were in trouble.

  1. Be at least 90% “ON” for a minimum of 14 Days.
  2. Keep carbs under 30 grams per meal/snack which minimizes fat storage.
  3. Increase healthy fats as you decrease carbs (avocado, olives and olive oil, nuts and seeds).
  4. Drink 3-4 Liters (90-120 oz) of water daily.
  5. Exercise 30 minutes 5-6 days per week (consistency and intensity are your friends).
  6. Utilize your AdvoCare sponsor for support, especially the first 3 days.
  7. Minimize or avoid alcohol, bread, and dairy.
  8. Take your products correctly. Consume your entire MNS MAX 3 Pack before lunch.
